Those who volunteered to setup and teardown before and after the event will meet at the ICS School Building on Sunday at 5:00 PM. We will load tables, stools, a tent, our church signs, and some coolers. We also need to load a grill and some other supplies at the gym.

Everyone else will gather at the stadium on the second floor at 6:00 PM. Please bring the snacks, drinks, and condiments you volunteered. If you want to help but can’t make it that night, please bring snacks or drinks Sunday morning and we will pass them out that night.

Also, make sure to spread the word with everyone in our church. We have several people returning and we want them to know about the outreach to our community.
